RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Shekinah Foods & Herbs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened herbal supplements, vitamins, or wellness products
  • Opened personal care items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@shekinahfoodsandherbs.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@shekinahfoodsandherbs.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at customerservice@shekinahfoodsandherbs.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
